How it Works

 

Step 1: Filling Out the Estimate Form

The Estimate Form contains all the information we need to take pictures of your product and pull out the best of it.

 

We love details, so feel free to write and show us everything that you think it is important to make your images stand out from your competitors. Remember, we won't know what you want unless you tell us. We will shoot what you said to us to shoot. So, be very specific in your descriptions and examples. We called it our Photo Guide

After we receive your form, we will prepare your custom Estimate in 1 (one) business day.

Step 2 : You Receive your Estimate

 

We will send to you via e-mail your estimate with the service price within 1 (one) business day.

 

Be aware that this is your last chance to make any changes in your order. Otherwise, you will be charged again for new photos.

 

For this reason, it is essential to read all the services described in your Estimate.  

 

How to Approve an Estimate

You need to respond to the Estimate email sent to you quoting the Estimate number and telling us that it is approved. We will send you an Invoice for payment right after your approval. 

 

How to Decline an Estimate

You need to respond to the Estimate email sent to you quoting the Estimate number and telling us what you don't agree and what you want to be changed and we reply to you with a new Estimate.

Step 3 : You Pay the Invoice

After you approve the Estimate, we will send you an invoice to be paid within 3 (three) business days. 

 

You can pay the order using these following payment methods:

 

1- PayPal

 

2- Cryptocoins

 

3- Zelle, Cash or Apple Pay

 

4- Debit/Credit Card processed by Quickbooks - Intuit

 

You will receive the invoice according to the payment method that you choose when you start the order. 

 

Your delivery time will start counting from the moment that your invoice is marked as paid. If the invoice is not paid within 3 (three) business days, we will cancel the order, and you have to start the order all over again.

Step 4: You ship your products to us

After you've paid the invoice, you will receive the instructions of how you can send the product to us.

The options are the following:

 

1º Option - You ship the product directly to us

We do not pay for inbound and outbound shipping.

2º Option  - We buy your product on Amazon

If your product is on Amazon FBA you can:

1- Create a 99% OFF Coupon

2- Create an Amazon Gift Card for the price of the product 

3- Ask to add the price of the product to the invoice

 

It is the easiest way to get the product delivery to us. You don't pay for the shipment, and the product will arrive to us in 2 days since we are an Amazon Prime member.

 

Once we received your package, we will notify you and confirm that everything has arrived correctly. 

 

* Please, don't send products without placing an order. We will not be responsible for them.

Step 5 : We Photograph your Product

Your products will be photographed on our full-size professional sets by formally trained & highly experienced product photographers.

 

We are going to deliver your photos on the timeframe chosen by you at the Estimate.

 

We follow all Amazon and Shopify specifications, so don't worry. You will have the best photos of your product. 

 

 

Now, let us do our magic and relax. Your pictures will be ready soon.

Step 6 : Review and Approve the Photos

Your photos will be delivered to the email provided by you at the time you fill up the Estimate Form. No Exceptions!

 

How can I approve the Photos?

You need to respond to the email quoting the invoice number and telling us it is approved. If you don't reply to our email within 3 (three) days from the date that we sent the photos, we will consider the order completed. It means that no revisions will be executed or applied.

 

 

How can I reject the Photos?

You need to respond to the email quoting the invoice number and telling us what you want to change. If you need revision, it has to be related to your Photo Guide. Otherwise, you will be charged for another photo (Please, check out Step 2 for further information).

 

 

Unlimited Revisions

We want all our clients 100% satisfied. For this reason, we offer Unlimited Revisions (restrictions may apply). 

 

We will delivery the revised photos as fast as we can  (up to 3 business days).

Step 7 : Done! Your Order is Complete!

Yes! We made it! Your order is complete now. 

If you want your product to be shipped back to you, you have to ask within 10 (ten) business days after the order is marked as complete. 

If you want us to keep your product for future orders, you have to ask at the time that your order is marked as complete.

Step 8 : We Share it on our Social Media Channels

We will share your product listing on our social media channels. Your product will be featured on our website too at the "As Seen on Social Media" page. We have more than 80k Followers on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter together. Don't forget to follow us!
